Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Please save the invoice received with your package. It's your receipt! If item is damaged or needs to be exchanged, you MUST contact us day of package arrival. DeAd DoLL Society must receive the return within 10 business days of delivery. CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. We have that part in all caps to make sure you see it.
If an exchange is needed, replacement item will be shipped when DeAd DoLL Society receives returned item.  Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on exchanges. Shoes and clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear.


Q: How do I send something back?
A: We now ship continental and international.If you have to send something back, IMMEDIATELY email us at mastermind@deaddollsociety.com with the following questions answered:

1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?
2. What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
3. What is the reason you're sending the items back?
4. What is the first and last name the order is listed under?
5. If this is an exchange, what are the replacement item number(s), item(s) and size(s)?


Pretty painless, huh? Remember, to get a Return Authorization number, you must E-mail us BEFORE sending your product back! A Return Label will then be issued and E-mailed to you. Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer. Exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience!
